本子课题紧紧围总课题内容,以导致马匹贫血、血虫症死亡的马梨形虫病的防控为研究目标,在查明示范区马常见血液原虫病病原、传播媒介、发病率及其感染率、地方流行规律的基础上,研究其病原学、血清学和分子生物学快速诊断技术,建立血液原虫病分子免疫学新型检测技术。对完成课题任务具有关键性作用,而且是经课题主持单位、课题负责人与研究团队经过协商确定的,按期必须保证完成的有关指标。建立马梨形虫RT-PCR诊断技术,敏感率达到90%,特异性达到90%-95%;建立马梨形虫ELISA诊断方法,敏感率达到85%以上,特异性达到90%-95%

发表论文2-4篇,培养研究生2-3名。争取申请专利1项。

Abstract

This sub-project surrounding the general subject tightly, based on research objective of Equine Piroplasmosis prevention and control theTBD in horse. The prevalence of Babesia (Theileria) equi and B. caballi infections in horses in western Xinjiang China was investigated. The study from

protozoiasis of pathogen mediaincidence of disease rateinfection rate local regularty of epidemic,

research the rapid diagnosis technology of nosetiology serology and molecular biology, established the new molecular immunology detective technology of blood protozoiasis .

To complete the task on the subject has a key role, and is chaired by the subject unitsproject leader and the research team determined through consultation,schedule must be completed to ensure that the indicators.Established diagnosis technology of Equine Piroplasmosis based on RT-PCR,the sensitive rate was 90%,the specific rate was 90%-95%;Established diagnosis method of Equine Piroplasmosis based on ELISA,  the sensitive rate was 85% ,the specific rate was 90%-95%.Publishing 2 or 4 papers,celtivating 2 or 3 graduate students.To apply a patent.
