摘 要 | 蜱虫在我区孳生种类占全国之首,每年有80%的家畜被蜱虫叮咬及发生蜱媒病(蜱虫还可咬死人),其造成的经济损失巨大。本研究针对我区境内分布的蜱虫携带病原导致蜱传原虫病严重流行的状况,以前期与日本带广畜产大学原虫病研究所进行合作研究为基础,通过吸收、借鉴病原学、分子免疫学方法,鉴定虫种、分离地方虫株,进行体外培养;查清我区媒介蜱虫携带牛羊巴贝斯虫、泰勒虫感染情况,重新确定其媒介蜱虫种类、感染率和流行特点等;通过基因工程技术表达其靶基因重组蛋白抗原(RAP-1/TamsI),建立新型检测、诊断技术(PCR/RT-PCR和rELISA/IFAT),早期、及时发现蜱病及蜱传原虫病的同时,正确估测我区蜱传原虫病的危害程度;拟定适合我区实际的蜱媒原虫病综合防治措施,进行定点推广应用,以此为蜱媒病的综合防控提供技术支撑。 | ||
Abstract | The distribution of the tick species in Xinjiang was accounted for the first in China. There are 80% natural grazing animals which were bited by ticks followed suffered tick-borne disease,and they could also scuffing people. So it causes great economic loss. According to the status that ticks with pathogen distributed in Xinjaing lead to serious tick-borne disease,By absorbing and referring Etiology and molecular immunology method to to identify and isolated tick species,and finally cultured in vitro. Identify the ticks who carry Babesia, Theileria. Then determine its media tick types, prevalence and epidemic characteristics on the basic of cooperative research with National Research Center for Protozoan Diseases. Expression of the recombinant protein antigens (RAP-1/TamsI)of the target gene by genetic engineering techniques,then establish some new detection and diagnosis methods(PCR/RT-PCR and rELISA/IFAT),and finding the tick-borne protozoal disease early and timely, at the same time, correctly evaluate the damage degree of tick-borne protozoa disease in our area. Draft the integrated control measures which were suitable for the tick-borne protozoa disease in our area.to generalize and apply in order to provide technical support for comprehensive prevention of tick-borne disease.
